About Alysia Helming

Alysia Helming has 25+ years’ experience, including CFO and Board Director for four successful companies, and a leading management consultant providing Interim CEO/CFO, as well as finance and business strategy advisory services, to CFOs & CEOs for Fortune 50, mid-sized and early stage companies, including Jacuzzi, Bushnell, Wells Fargo, Hallmark Cards, DST Systems and Exelon. 

She is considered a pioneer of wind and solar energy in the US, as she started from scratch and served as CFO and on the Board of Directors for: Trade Wind Energy (now the largest wind developer in the US), Pristine Sun (formerly the largest developer of small utility scale solar projects in California) and a 10 mm gallon biodiesel plant, all of which combined have developed $6B+ projects. All three companies were successfully sold/acquired. Throughout her career, she has raised $1B+ in private equity, debt, corporate and project finance.

Ms Helming has solid experience in accounting and finance, serving as lead analyst to the CFO of Wells Fargo and Manager for Price Waterhouse Coopers and Arthur Andersen.

Currently, Ms Helming manages Green Reach Inc, a diversified holding company and Protogenesis Media, Inc, an entertainment company and producer of short films, music, books, jewelry and TV series.

Ms Helming is a strong supporter of empowering women; and to this end, serves as a mentor to young women, her novel is a story about a young heroine who is finding her true power, and serves on the Board of Directors for Hourglass, an international women’s organization in the UK.
